I am a sucker for beautiful interiors and exteriors and I found one such place in midst of an extremely busy road in ajmer . The place name is hotel ambrosia which is a Greek work meaning “food for god” . The place has beautiful roof top setting in a scheduled courtyard and the city view is just mesmerising .
I went there for the menu tasting and the first thing I tired is MANGO FREEZE while discussing and talking with friends .
it was just so refreshing and delicious with the perfect balance of mango and syrups . Since I am a mango lover I couldn’t resist myself from having two of them.
we enjoyed this with the sunset view and since I am a hard core vegetarian , I unleashed my inner herbivore with the “BIRD -NEST “. It s completely edible and vegetarian and I gotta say my gluten taste buds approved of this unique and beautiful dish .It’s a must order if u visit this place .
I also tried “vegetarians chaska kebab ” its one of the best dahi ke kebabs i had in recent time and in ajmer as well ..as the sunset we finally ordered our main course for what we were waiting from long .
We ordered butte ki sabzi, daal ambrosia, reshami palak and in breads ulte 
tawa ki roti , butter naan , mirchi roti . Everything was just perfect and delicious . Especially like butte ki sabzi and mirchi ki roti since the combination is so unique and authentic .I would recommend all of them since they were unique and of course scrumptious enough to make ur evening memorable .
No indian meal is complete without deserts . So I ordered MALAI KESAR KULFI dsuch creamy dessert seasoned with cardamom , pistachios , almonds and saffron . It’s a summer essential thing .
overall it was a wholesome experience at hotel ambrosia ! I totally love this place especially because of its food since belly rules the mind . DO VISIT AND STAY AT THIS BEAUTIFUL place ! Thumbs up 👍
